This was the only book my library had on trich, and it’s kind of helping me. What book recommendations do you have on trich, anxiety and OCD?

This book was published in 2003, so it’s probably not the most current thing out there. I’m interested in discovering other titles that I could maybe get via inter-library loan.

What books have helped you trichsters?

“Help for your child and teenager” wow I wish my mom could’ve looked into a resource like this when I first got trich instead of yelling at me, and responding when I told her that trich was common with “common among idiots!”

Thanks for posting this though, I’m gonna see if I can get my hands on this because it seems like it could be really helpful
