I have forever associated Monticello with my elementary school field trip on which I threw up everywhere just as we arrived.

If you haven't been since the late 80's early 90's i suggest you take a re-trip, it isn't just a shitty house anymore its all done up nice.

Hey I'm like a couple hours from there, also he had a house in Poplar Forest.

I think he built that one because people wouldn't leave him alone at this one. Today's tourists are part of a proud tradition of invading his property!

This is less than an hour away from where my family lives. It's beautiful out there and this pictures captures it perfectly.
