Great photo! Maybe a bit less sharpening would improve it? Make it less grainy.
That’s what I’m confused about also.... it’s not grainy what so ever on my phone or my computer.... just on here.
Strange.. I opened your post again and the photo looked great this time and then after two seconds it popped back in to the too sharp and grainy look.
Yea I don’t understand that 😂 the actual photo doesn’t have that grainy look what so ever and I made sure of it!!!

McDonald got a lake? What's next? An Amazon revier?
I got some nice waterfall photos if you’re interested 🙂
Since I never saw a water fall irl, I would love some photos of it!
I just posted one a few hours ago at my page! Go check it out! 😛
If you actually open up the image it becomes more clear! I really don’t know why that is if anyone has any tips I’m just curious as to why this is!
This is an aerial photograph taken in the Adirondack region of New York. As the fog catches the first light of the rising sun, it shines like gold, creating this magical landscape. Keep in touch through my my website and my instagram, @niknagane
It looks like it. The scale of the picture blows my mind; it doesn’t look that big until you zoom in and realize that the little line of water running through the bottom-middle is a creek/river and those things next to it are full grown trees.
What time of year did you go
This was during the summer! But I love my Sony A7R II 42mp goes a long way!!!
I really need to visit Glacier, the sudden influx of photos has got me wishing for a chance to get out that way.
I know, I was shocked to! But it’s totally worth it!
Perhaps those not voting simply aren’t taking the time to look close or don’t realize that the return trip was likely made in the dark (a mile or so back to the parking lot)? Or that this photo probably meant having to stay in the wilder region of the park, in the cold, away from a warm lodge room because the rangers close the gates on both ends of the Sun Road at 9:00 p.m.? I have to say, I never expected to see a sunset capture of Bearhat Mountain overlooking Hidden Lake, from the same spot we visited during the years, some years ago. Knowing exactly what it looks like during an early fall day, I do get a kick out of seeing it at this time of season and night. Thanks loads, friend, and fellow lover of the pristine great outdoors. Wait’ll I show this one to my wife... when we were here we were sitting on those large flat stones out-of-frame to the right, and snacking on gorp and fending off begging pikas. [o]
Hey, just read your comment! I love your imagination and creativity behind this photo. Glacier is truly an amazing place and pristine. I do indeed appreciate your love because I don’t get much time to travel as a 19 year old so I try to make the best to my ability! 🙂
This is indeed a gorgeous picture. I don't know how it only has 60 upvotes. Reddit is very strange sometimes. Crappy photos have gotten more upvotes than this.
you win some you lose some I guess ☹️
Oh my goodness, this is beautiful!
Thank you! 🙂
